The industrial workforce continues to employ a large portion of today’s working population in areas such as construction and manufacturing technologies.

Whether you need to prepare for a career, upgrade current job-related skills, or learn a new skill, the San Jacinto College Continuing and Professional Development Applied Technology and Trades Division offers courses and programs for a number of industrial professions taught by instructors who are experts in their field.

Enroll in one of 23 hands-on trade courses in areas like automotive body collision, construction, diesel, electrical/electronics, HVAC/refrigeration, and welding.

San Jacinto College offers seven manufacturing training stations, most of which are computer-generated. The stations emphasize robotics, electrical, and quality control.

In welding, electrical, and pipefitting, San Jacinto College serves as an NCCER accredited training and assessment location, which means the instructors are of the highest competency and skill level.
